We are family farm that moved out from the city and started projects with animals. pigs and calves, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats and a llama. Oh and lets not forget the alpacas. Basically, we have been students of farming and farm life, reading books and magazines, asking questions, reading the experts literature, and just LIVING IT. Mother having been born in Brooklyn and raised in Germantown lo

nged to one day own a farm. God eventually graced her with a farm when her youngest daughter was in junior high (that's me). After we moved to a 10 acre lot, built a house and a barn, mother started filling the barn up. Chickens for the hen house, ducks and geese for the pond. Piglets for the pig pen, male and female calves (we learned a lot about bull calves growing up with a cow in the pasture)
As we learned more we wanted to share the special events of farm life. Our perspective is unique because we share in the excitement and newness of our customer's experience. The next generation well, they will have to modify this post. Hopefully, they will read this and continue our traditions. (but no promises).
