For nearly 49 years, Linda O’Neal has helped keep Becker’s operations moving. Today, she processes vendor invoices and drop shipments, resolves discrepancies, and serves as a liaison between our operating systems.
Over the years, she has worked across nearly every area of the business, including collections, catalog, product selection, purchasing, receiving, picking and packing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and IT.
Linda says the people and the challenges are what she enjoys most about her work. She’s always been someone who digs deeper for answers and shares what she knows with others. Her philosophy? “My job is to make your job easier.”
Outside of Becker’s, Linda enjoys cooking, baking, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. She’s also an identical twin — her sister, Debbie, worked at Becker’s for 37 years.
After nearly five decades at Becker’s, Linda is preparing for retirement, but she has no plans to slow down. She’ll be doing clerical work at her son’s automotive repair business. As Linda puts it, “I am not an idle person. I need to stay active.”
