We are thrilled to announce that Andy Hoge has joined our Boarding and Independent School team. Andy brings over 20 years of experience in expanding educational opportunities, including his previous role as Vice President of SEEDS in New Jersey.

Throughout his career, Andy has helped hundreds of families navigate the independent school process, with his students enrolling at more than 150 different boarding and day schools. His deep institutional expertise is built on visiting hundreds of campuses and developing trusted relationships with admissions leaders across the U.S. and Canada.

Beyond his direct work with families, Andy is a respected leader in the national admissions conversation. He is a founding board member and current co-chair of the National Partnership for Educational Access (NPEA) and serves on the Financial Aid Advisory Committee of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).

A graduate of Colgate University and a former teacher in the Peace Corps, Andy combines a thoughtful, student-centered approach with a proven track record of making the admissions process informed, accessible, and empowering. This can be a great way to showcase yourself early on and learn more about the schools that you are interested in. Below is a list of schools that offer summer interviews as well as the links to schedule them/learn more about them.

Note: It's difficult to make this list completely exhaustive, so, if a school that you are interested in is not on this list, look them up to make sure so that you don't miss an opportunity!
