24 hours is a-tickin’ away…and these awesome young people are putting the finishing touches on 5 brand-new, unique short plays that didn’t exist yesterday! This is a top-to-bottom student production, and it would mean the world to them to see some of you in the audience tonight.

Our 24-hour play festival is in full swing! This morning, our directors arrived bright and early and received copies of five short plays that didn’t exist before last night! They looked them over, began planning, and met up with their actors to begin rehearsals. Throughout the day, our teams will prepare these short plays, and will be ready to stage them this evening.

We hope you will take some time to join us, to laugh, and to support these young artists at 7pm this evening on the PYA stage! Admission is free, though any donations are appreciated.

We’ve been quiet for awhile, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t still been having fun! This afternoon, we revealed our upcoming season to the students, which is shaping up to be a ton of fun! We will share the shows publicly soon - as soon as the paperwork is all finalized and we are allowed to 😉

Tonight, we have kicked off our 8th (mostly) annual 24-hour play festival! Our writers are hard at work crafting new scripts with Ms. Ramsay, we had a scenic design workshop with the Magical Missy, and now Addy is taking them through a choreo workshop!

Thank you to everyone who came out this past weekend to support our run of ALICE BY HEART! This was a special show, for sure. It reminded us of the power that art and imagination can have - how they can help us escape difficult circumstances and process through powerful emotions. We are so thankful that we got to bring this beautiful story to our stage, and that our community showed up to support our hard work!
