Our students wanted to take a moment during morning prayers to say THANK YOU to one of our wonderful alumni students for giving our library a beautiful update! 📚✨

Her hard work, creativity, and dedication have created a bright and welcoming space where our students can read, learn, and explore. We are so grateful for all the time and effort she put into making our library a special place for everyone!

When longtime teacher Keith Prather walks into St. Michael School at the start of this school year, he’ll also be stepping into a new role. He will still be teaching fifth grade, but this year he also will be the school’s principal.

Prather’s predecessor, Tracy Marchionda, said he was the obvious choice to succeed her after she stepped down from her role over the summer.

“He is a well-respected member of our school, parish and community, so continuing with a familiar face was the best decision for our school,” Marchionda said. “By appointing Keith as principal, we can ensure a very smooth transition that will continue to help St. Michael School excel in the future.”
