Save the dates for our 2027 conference! The main conference will be held Saturday, February 20 and Sunday, February 21, 2027, with pre-conference offerings Thursday and Friday (February 18-19). We will continue to offer the conference both in-person and on a virtual platform. See you there!

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Randy Mantooth, beloved for his role as Johnny Gage on the iconic television series Emergency!

Randy was a featured speaker at our 2015 conference and holds the distinction of being one of the first prominent speakers we had the privilege to host. Throughout his visit, he was gracious, down-to-earth, and genuinely kind to everyone he met.

A memorable moment from his time with us: Randy's excitement upon discovering that Pendleton was home to the renowned Pendleton Woolen Mills. He enthusiastically purchased several Pendleton blankets to bring back home with his wife's approval.

Beyond his entertainment career, Randy was a tireless advocate for EMS and firefighting professionals. His contributions to these vital professions have left a lasting impact, and we are grateful for his dedication and service.

We're wrapping up the 2026 conference with 2 final sessions- "You're Bleeding, Stop It 2.0" with Shaun Ford and "A Collaborative Approach to Understanding EMS Super Users" with Frank Ehrmantraut. Great info from both presenters!
