Do it for the before selfie..
Do it for the sweat selfie..
Do it for the after selfie..
Do it for the bikini..
Do it for the birthday suit..
Do it to get back at your ex..
Do it to brag about going to the gym..
Do it for any reason JUST do it!

But…. Eventually I hope you learn you are doing it for self care, you are doing it for self love, you are doing it because you want to make yourself strong, you are doing it to better your life, you are doing it for the stress relief, you are doing it to teach your children, you are doing it because it makes you feel good and do it because you want your loved ones to take care of themselves so naturally you should want that for yourself.

Whatever your reason.. I hope you get to the point where you do it for yourself. 🤍
