I got to present to the Redbud Quilt Circle, thanks to an invitation by my friend Gloria LeMasters, and what a great group of women! They have an active membership of 90, they were engaged and asking questions, and I even met some “closeted” spinners! Thank you for having me! I had a great time.🧶🙌🏻

The Vesterheim Norwegian American Museum in Decorah, Iowa, was a worthwhile stop! There was a full-size replica of a 25 ft sailboat that two brothers took all the way from Norway to America! Many many ale bowls, beautiful furniture, and spinning wheels! There’s also a folk school there for learning traditional crafts. 5 stars, would recommend.
