Strong Foundations Updates!
Thanks to the PTO, Mr. Brad has gotten himself a brand new ride!

Our Robin Egg Competition is fully under way-
In 1st place we currently have Mrs. Bessey's Advisory,
Cruising into 2nd place is Ms. Nelson's 5th Grade Class,
and in 3rd place we have Mr. Lemire's Advisory!
Make sure to get yours- THE SALE ENDS TODAY @ 4PM

Another shout out to the PTO for having brand new gutters installed this week as well!
And lastly a HUGE shout out to all you amazing families who have participated in our fundraisers this year, we were able to accomplish some big goals that we had for our community!

Hello SFCS community! We have a call for parent volunteers from the Music Department for the Rehearsal Practice before the Spring Concert. Please reach out via email to Mrs. Williams if you are interested in volunteering, so she can add you to her list.

Parent Volunteers will be expected to be at Strong Foundations for 3PM on Wednesday April 8th and will assist with crowd control, setting up instruments, water/bathroom breaks, and getting pizza/beverages for everyone, cleanup and concert setup.

The Spring Concert is Wednesday April 8th at 6:30 PM. Doors will open at 6 PM!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Winter Carnival! We hope you had as much fun as we did! We were able to raise $1,000 for future school improvements, we couldn't have done it without you!

Hi SFCS Families!

If this isn’t the best fall weather nothing is!

Tomorrow is SFCS day at Carter Hill Orchard and the weather is going to be PERFECT! THANK YOU, MOTHER NATURE!!!!!!!!

Vouchers are still for sale, you can get them from the SCC tomorrow from 10am-12pm at the orchard! Cash or checks only.

Look for our banner and our table! We will be set up in front of the white garage!

That is also where the tractor will pick our families up and bring them into the orchard and bring them back when they are ready!

We hope you come out and enjoy some wonderful fall weather, precious family time, and lots of apple fun!

Good Afternoon,

At this time the Pembroke Police Department believes that the threat to the school is not credible. We want to thank them for their swift response to this, and based on that assessment, believe the school is safe to reopen tomorrow.

As previously planned the school will reopen as normal, with an additional police presence here for the remainder of the week.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through this situation. We understand the challenges families face with last minute schedule changes, however given the circumstances, it was a necessary decision for the overall safety of our school community.

Good Afternoon,

This afternoon we received information about a potential threat to the school. We are currently cooperating with Pembroke Police Department as they investigate this matter. Out of an abundance of caution Strong Foundations Charter School will be closed tomorrow September 23rd.

Strong Foundations will open for school as normal on September 24th with an increased police presence. We thank Pembroke Police Department for their help in this matter.
