Let's talk about Lost and Found! Right now the PHS lost and found is empty and we would like to keep it that way. Help us by labeling items that your child might take off at school. This includes: jackets, sweatshirts, long sleeve T-shirts, backpacks, lunch boxes, water bottles, snow gear and did we mention sweatshirts?

Using a sharpie to write names or initials on clothing tags or collars works great. Silver sharpies work well on darker clothing items. Items with names or initials are returned to students. Items without names are often unclaimed.

Take a few minutes this week to grab a sharpie and label items your child will use daily or might grab on those first chilly mornings! Children often don't recognize their own items- especially if they are new!

Returning students in 1st-4th grade~ Have you done your Alma Updates? We have updates completed from about 1/3 of our returning students. We hope to have them complete before the start of school! Maybe you started and just need to log back in and finish? Help us reach our goal! Log in today!

Bus Routes are posted to the PHS website. Visit the Back to School section. Make sure you have filled out the dismissal plan survey that went out to parents.

Also-- don't forget to do your Alma updates if you are a returning 1st-4th grade. We would LOVE to have them all completed before the first day of school!

PHS Families,

We have a select number of backpacks available for our students with and without school supplies!

They will be available for pick up at the PHS Main Office on Monday August 17th and Wednesday August 19th from 8:00-3:00.

Backpacks will also be available for families during Meet and Greet, as long as supplies last.

Have you done your Alma Updates for returning students in grades 1-4? Use the steps below to log into Alma. This is when you can update their pick up list and medical info! It takes most people less than 10 minutes!

All Aboard!!
Kindergarten parents~ we are excited to meet you on August 28th! The special bus loop for kindergarten families will begin at 8:30. All kindergarten students and their parents are welcome to ride the bus to school together from their assigned bus stop (or the nearest stop for students planning to be car riders during the year). This trip is for kindergarten student and parents- sorry, no siblings! Everyone will meet in the multi purpose room at 8:50. Then students will leave to visit their classroom with their teachers and families will remain in the multipurpose room for an info session. Families will reunite for a bus ride home at 10:00! This is a great opportunity for all students (even future car riders) to ride the bus with a parent. If you're not planning to ride the bus that day, you can meet at the school at 8:50 to join in the presentation and class visit! We can't wait to meet you on August 28th! Keep an eye out for bus routes to be posted before the start of the school year!
