We are thrilled to announce our updated class schedule to better serve our community!

**New Class Hours:**
- **Kids Class:** 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- **Adults Class:** 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- **Beginner Class:** 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- **Competition Class:** 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

**Weekly Class Breakdown:**
- **Mondays:** Striking (Kids)
- **Tuesdays:** Jiu-Jitsu (Kids)
- **Wednesdays:** Wrestling (Kids)
- **Thursdays:** MMA (Kids)
- **Saturdays:** Open Mat (6:00 PM - 8:30 PM)

Is that time of year again. Lumberton HS will be hosting NC Pride's Big Mac Smack down on Nov 1. Come and get a preseason tune up in! Youth will start in the morning MS/HS will wrestle in the afternoon.
