Better Together! 💛💚
Today, our Hornets showed that kindness, connection, and school spirit are always in style by teaming up in matching outfits for our Week of Respect theme, “Better Together.”
When we support one another, include one another, and stand together, we make HFMS stronger! 🐝

The Week of Respect started with students and staff wearing blue for “New Jersey Goes Blue,” an initiative to promote respect in schools. 💙 What better blue shirt to wear than our new shirts! 👕👍

On Friday, we had our 1st HFMS Pep Rally of the year, and our students were PEPPED!!!! They brought the energy, the vibes were immaculate, our Hornets and Athletes of the Month were in the spotlight, and our Hornet Steppers showed out!!!! 🤩💚🤍

We love a good chance to showcase our students, and they make it so easy for us. 🐝

HF Hornets, what’s your attendance number? When you know, we grow! 💚🐝

Our school goal is to have a chronic absenteeism rate of 10% or less. We’re off to an amazing start!

📣 SHOUT-OUT to our Helen Fort Anchored for Life Team Leaders! 💚🐝

It has been an incredible two days of learning and leadership!

Yesterday, our Team Leaders attended the Anchored for Life Leadership Forum at JBMDL, where they proudly represented Helen Fort, connected with other military-connected schools, shared their experiences, and gathered new ideas.

Today, they continued that momentum with a full day of leadership work at HFMS, developing their skills and preparing to support our students and strengthen our school community.

We are so proud of their leadership, confidence, and commitment to helping others!

Way to represent, Hornets! 🐝💚⭐

From DBQ Detectives to ELA Escape Rooms, our students are completely locked in and putting their brilliant thoughts on paper. 💡✨

We love seeing the next generation of authors, journalists, and poets crush it every single day! 🚀📚
