The panel I made in honor of Halie, a resident bald eagle from Woodford Cedar Run who passed away almost two years ago was auctioned last weekend. I raised $1,700 for Cedar Run. The people who won her are absolutely thrilled and I could not be happier. They have the perfect spot to hang and enjoy her. It's 29"x29".

I made this panel for a good friend in memory of Sassafras, or Sassy from Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge. She was found by Betty Woodford, the founder of Cedar Run, wandering down the road with a collar and leash. Since she could not survive on her own, she lived a wonderful safe life until she passed away last summer. She was 21 years old.

I had the privilege of prepping her dish and feeding her many times, she was such a sweet girl and is sorely missed.
