Pella Early Learning Center Pella Early Learning Center provides quality childcare and maintains high standards for the child, parent/guardian, staff and community.

A warm welcome and fun learning experience await you and your child at Pella Early Learning Center (PELC). PELC provides your child with:

• Creative and challenging curriculum
• Established objectives
• Fenced in playground area
• Benchmarks for each classroom

The PELC provides care for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years, including before and after school programs.
