Linda Nolen Learning Center is hosting a Boston Butt Fundraiser with 2 Men and a Pig. Please consider purchasing a Boston Butt for your Labor Day Weekend plans! We proudly celebrate our Linda Nolen Learning Center 2026 graduate, Jon Andrew McKinney! Jon Andrew (JAM) has made a lasting impression on our staff and students through his growth, determination, and the positive spirit he brings each day. We are incredibly proud of all that he has accomplished and excited to see what the future holds for him. Congratulations, JAM โ your LNLC family will miss you dearly but we are so proud!๐๐

We are happy to announce Ms. Tanner as our new Assistant Principal! Ms. Tanner brings with her a strong background as a special education teacher at OMIS, along with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our students. Please join us in giving Ms. Tanner a warm LNLC welcome as she steps into this leadership role!๐๐
Julia Tanner will serve as a new Assistant Principal at Linda Nolen Learning Center. Ms. Tanner has 13 years of experience as an educator, serving first as a general education teacher and most recently as a special education teacher specializing in behavior. She has served the past three years teaching in a self-contained classroom at Oak Mountain Intermediate School.

Ms. Cindy consistently steps in with anything needed as the teachers attend to other tasks. She was instrumental in Holaynโs magical prom experience! Throughout the week, you will see Ms. Cindy assisting each student to remain on task, learn new concepts, and keep the room organized. We appreciate all you do for your classroom, school, and students!!
Mrs. Wendy is always lending a helping hand! From helping in the classroom, assisting with school events, and grabbing meals for several classrooms, you can always find her lending a helping hand to others. Mrs. Wendy is always willing to help in any situation and never complains. She is the best!
