NEWS CENTER - MAIN | WORLD KARATE FEDERATION The World Karate Federation is deeply saddened by the announcement that Karate will not be included as an additional sport on the Olympic Games programme for Paris 2024. 

Taught class at the Heisuikan Dojo in Lincon, Al this past week. It was great to share in the energy that's been growing at that school. Shihan Reach has done a great job establishing a new martial tradition in the area. Looking forward to the next class I get to teach out there.

Visited the Kanzen Karate Dojo in Moody, Al tonight. Sensei Sandlin and students were extremelly skilled and welcoming. It's great to have this martial arts community! Thanks for the great training session! Osu!

Great night of training last night. First hour sport karate training, second hour self-defense, application focused. Great night!

Good classes this week. Finishing things up with some kumite and Jujutsu!
