For those of you who may not have received the welcome email and video #1 of our PES Welcome Back Series, here they are! We will continue to post here to ensure everyone receives the information.
Happy August!
We hope your summer has been filled with fun, relaxation, and special memories with family and friends. We are excited to welcome both new and returning students to Pelham Elementary School for another wonderful year of learning and growth.
Our dedicated staff has been hard at work preparing classrooms, planning engaging learning experiences, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment where every student can thrive. A special thank you goes to our incredible custodial staff, whose hard work and dedication have helped prepare our building for a successful start to the school year.
This year, our work is grounded in one simple belief:
Every Student. Every Staff Member. Every Day. Matters.
Together, we will continue to build a school where every child feels seen, valued, and supported; where every staff member is empowered to make a difference; and where each day presents an opportunity to inspire success—one mind at a time.
At Pelham Elementary School, we are committed to:
Building relationships before expectations.
Assuming positive intentions.
Focusing on growth, not perfection.
Collaborating as a school community.
Celebrating successes—big and small.
Making decisions that are in the best interest of our students and school community.
Ensuring every student and every staff member knows they matter.
These commitments guide the work we do each day and set the foundation for a successful school year.
To help us begin the year with purpose and consistency, please review the important information below. These details will help ensure a smooth start for everyone, and additional updates will be shared as we get closer to the first day of school.
