Meet Stephen, the dedicated Executive Director of Pelham Children's Center! 🌟

Steve joined the Pelham Children's Center team in 2018, bringing with him a wealth of experience in education administration, spanning both school-age and preschool environments. His educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees in Music and Education, along with additional Masters and a Professional Diploma in Educational Administration and Supervision.

Since his arrival at PCC, Steve has cultivated incredibly positive relationships with children, staff, parents, and the community at large. But Steve's talents and interests don't stop at the doors of the center. In his spare time, he dons the role of a New York State Baseball umpire and serves as the Commissioner of a Men's Wood Bat Baseball League. And, in a whimsical twist, he transforms into a seasonal Real Beard Santa (shhh, it's a secret! 😉).

Speaking of Santa, Steve will once again be reprising his role as the jolly man in red for The Pelham Chamber of Commerce's Breakfast with Santa event. Be sure to register early and don't miss out on the holiday magic! 🎅✨

THANK YOU PELHAM! Despite challenging weather conditions, you showed up and another successful Pumpkinfest and Book Sale is in the books! We will be adding photos to this post shortly, but please feel free to add any other photos you may have taken at the event.

This fundraiser is critical to the success of Pelham Children's Center, and we have the community to thank for the success.

Our volunteers were amazing... over 50 volunteers from the community showed up to haul/pack/unpack books, sell pumpkins, and general maintenance. Thank you!

The Pumpkinfest, including 5K and Booksale, is on for tomorrow, it looks like the rain will hold off until the afternoon, we are planning on being there rain or shine.

There is still time to get your discounted presale tickets @ https://www.pelhamchildrenscenter.org/events
This will close at 5pm today, but you can purchase everything at the event as well.

The weather should be nice and cool for the 5K, there is still room available on presale, we will also be accepting walk ins tomorrow morning. The race is at 8:30am, please be there by 8am to register (we accept cash and card).

So excited for tomorrow, see everyone there.
