There is something incredibly special about watching children grow up—and even more special when they choose to come back.

One of the greatest gifts of what we do is seeing our alumni friends return to Camp Sunshine, not because they have to, but because they want to. Knowing they still feel connected, welcomed, and loved reminds me that the memories we create together truly last.

This Friday is our Annual Family Cookout to celebrate the end of our Learning Session! We celebrate our amazing Pre-K graduates as they take their first big step toward a lifetime of learning, discovery, and adventure. We are so proud of the kind hearts, curious minds, and growing confidence they’ve shown throughout their journey with us.

Our purpose as early childhood educators is to help them dream big, ask questions, make friends, and believe in themselves. We can’t wait to see all the wonderful things they’ll accomplish! XO

🚀 Ground Control to Space Station… Look out for our little astronauts! 🌟

We know the importance of Dramatic Play! Through imaginative adventures in space, children develop literacy, creativity, problem-solving skills, and social-emotional growth.

From sensory experiences and puzzles to flannel boards and magnetic shape exploration, we incorporate S.T.R.E.A.M. learning into everyday play—because learning is most meaningful when children are engaged, inspired, and having fun!

We will have a Box at our Entryway to help collect these items for our four-legged local friends! Toys and old blankets/sheets are always helpful, too! 🐾🐾

We have kicked off Music Week with so much happiness! From making and playing instruments, to a visit from guitarist (and Kara’s cousin) James, we are well aware that, in the words of Bob Marley, “One good thing anout music… when it hits you, you feel no pain!”
The friends also loved watching a short clip of ! 🎵🥁🎹🎸🎶
