The one thing I love about creating special pieces for certain events is that I always continue to learn and grow! Once again I had the honor to cater the patron party for Magic City Performing Arts spring performance! I changed things up out of my normal routine, and I discovered my routine was just fine 🙂 It has been a while since I have created a charcuterie spread and it reminds every time how much I truly enjoy doing it!
