Due to the threat of severe weather, RCSD will be dismissing schools early today, Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

Car riders: 12:15
Busses will leave at 12:30

Additionally, there will be no Frontiers program or extracurricular activities today.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! All RCSD schools and offices will be closed December 23rd through January 3rd. January 6th will be a professional development day for all RCSD employees and a student holiday. Students will return January 7th.

During today's board meeting, we had the honor of recognizing some of our amazing Florence High School, McLaurin Elementary, Pelahatchie Elementary, and Pelahatchie High EL students who have successfully completed the EL program! Their hard work, perseverance, and dedication have paid off, and we couldn't be more proud of their achievements. Congratulations to these outstanding students!
