Some of the classes I will be teaching are learning to use the Social Security platform, DMV platform, OSF Mychart Platform, Basic Computer Skills, Threats/Security, Passwords, eBay Accounts, Poshmark, Etsy, and many more where you can't learn at a College or University.

I want to wish all my Family/Friends/Customers a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year 2026! When Halloween comes, it seems that the rest of the holidays come and go so quick. I am starting to gear up and figure out my teaching schedule for 2026 for Seniors 50+.

Please let me know some topics you would like me to teach. At first, they will be at the Pekin Library. Let me know some times of day that works best as well! I would love to hear your ideas and suggestions. Every class will be a good time while learning something important or to your benefit. There will also be hand-outs and cheat sheets for you at every class to have as notes. Don't forget: if you are not comfortable in a class setting, I do come to you and we can schedule a one-on-one session for anything you wish to learn or know! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I am excited to announce that my business will be in The Pekin Hometown Voice as the Spotlight. I have been in business over 10 plus years in Central Illinois. If you live in Pekin, watch for my story. I plan on putting my ad in the East Peoria, Chillicothe, and possibly Eureka Hometown Voice as well.

I am still working on getting together some topics of interest to teach Seniors 50+ at the Pekin Library and hopefully other sites as allowed. The rates will be $25/person for an hour to hour and half class. Everything is going digital whether it be Social Security, DMV, health records, and more important items that we all need to know how to set up and learn to navigate through the platforms. Let me be your professional teacher to guide you on these platforms and more!! Watch for upcoming classes!

I am going to start teaching computer classes for Seniors 50+. If anyone knows family/friends that would benefit with these classes, please let them know. I am starting out at the Pekin Library and hopefully stretching to Woodford & Peoria Counties as well to reach more people.

If anyone has any ideas on what Seniors would like to learn, please send me a text, email or message on Facebook. I want to teach the basics but also help Seniors learn and navigate with topics such as: OSF MyChart, Carle Health Chart, Social Security, DMV, or any other platforms or software that would have an interest in learning to set up and navigate the platforms.

There would be a small fee to participate in the class. I'm hoping to start August or September of this year!

The Summer has been a hot one already! I am letting everyone know that I will be starting to teach computer classes and/or specific topics related to how to use your computer for those tasks. I am starting out at the Pekin Library. Details will come soon!! Please let me know if anyone has any topics, software, questions how to look for something or simply use the laptop/computer for basic use. I am teaching for ages 50+. I believe there are Seniors out there that need guidance on how to use the computer and internet. Such topics we can learn are: how to set up your account for eBay/Etsy/Amazon/etc. Also, the healthcare system is going all digital. We can learn how to set up your OSF MyChart Account and navigate on that platform. For those who go to CarleHealth, we can do the same for you as well. I want these to be topics and information that you want to learn about and will use at your home. Once we get dates set, I will post on Facebook, my website, and will have posters around the community. Lets put our heads together and help each other out. Learning the computer and how to navigate the internet has never been so important. There will be a small fee per person but I guarantee it will be worth it.
