💐🥋 Mother’s Day on the Mat at Evolution Martial Arts was an absolute blast this week.

We invited all the amazing moms, bonus moms, grandmas, and even our awesome “Stunt Moms” who stepped onto the mat to train alongside their kids. 💚🔥

From holding target pads… to practicing martial arts skills… to taking their kids down to the ground 😆 — everyone did an AMAZING job!

More importantly, it was such a fun bonding experience and a reminder that martial arts is about more than kicks and punches… it’s about family, confidence, memories, and growing stronger together. 🥷💪

Thank you to every mom and “Stunt Mom” who joined us and made this so special. We loved seeing all the smiles, laughter, and teamwork on the mat! ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms of EMA! 💐🥋

I know it’s a little late, but I still wanted to say thank you for everything you do — not just for your families, but for our EMA family too.

Thank you for the rides to class, the support, the patience, the encouragement, and for always being there cheering your kids on. So many strong students are strong because of even stronger moms behind them.

I hope your day was filled with love, laughter, and some well-deserved relaxation. And if you spent part of your Mother’s Day washing uniforms or looking for missing belts… just know you’re not alone. 😄

On April 4, 2017, a 6½-year-old walked through our doors for his first class as a student, This Friday, April 10, 2026 — that same young man will be promoted to 2nd Degree Black Belt.
