If you find yourself saying, “How many times do I have to tell you?” all day long… you’re not a bad parent. You’re probably just exhausted. 🤍

Instead of repeating yourself louder, try:
✨ Get closer
✨ Give one clear direction
✨ Give them time to process
✨ Offer a choice
✨ Follow through calmly
✨ Praise the behavior you want to see

The goal isn’t to make our kids obey through frustration. It’s to teach them what to do.. and give them the support to actually do it.

Save this for the next time you’re about to say, “I’VE ALREADY TOLD YOU!” 😂
