Great class tonight. Had a few newer people in so we took looks at some good ole basic positions and a couple submissions from each position. Love the fact that a lot of our upper belts are starting to really breakdown these positions and are figuring out their own style! All we see is progress around here! 🐉🥋3️⃣0️⃣9️⃣

What a day! ☀️

What started under grey skies turned into an absolutely perfect afternoon at the lake. The kids took over the lily pad and didn’t look back — pure joy from start to finish.

The food was on point, the company was even better, and moments like these remind us why we do what we do. This academy isn’t just about training on the mats — it’s about the people, the bonds, and the memories we build together.
