NJ non-Resident Pistol License Class & Qualification

NJ non-Resident Pistol License:
Class: Use of Force Training for Private Citizen Concealed Carry prepared by the State of New Jersey and the Provisions of N.J.S.A.2C:3-1, et seq, in an in-person instructional setting.
Qualification: NJ Civilian Carry Assessment and Range Evaluation protocol issued on September 15, 2023.
PARTICIPANT BRINGS: Favorite pistol (revolver or semiautomatic); Strong side OSWB or ISWB (Outside the Waist Band or Inside The Waist Band) holster, trigger guard must be covered, must have retention (snap, button, internal clip, friction lock), and must be designed for the fi***rm - HOLSTER MUST BE SUITABLE FOR CONCEALED CARRY; Sturdy belt for the holster; Trousers with belt loops; Minimum of 2 loading devices (magazines or revolver speedloaders); Optional pouches for the loading devices; Minimum of 100 rounds of factory am******on (no-reloads) in caliber of fi***rm suitable for range use; Range safety equipment (eye and hearing protection); Dress appropriately for shooting on an outdoor range

The NRA CCW - NYS CCIA LICENSING CLASS is the only option that we have for NY Pistol Licensing we offer one version for both initial NYS CCIA LICENSE TRAINING and NYS CCIA RENEWAL LICENSING TRAINING.
Note: The NYS Concealed Carry Improvement Act (CCIA) specifically authorizes NRA Certified Instructors to teach the required curriculum.
NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting; Instructor Led Training or BLENDED Format is accepted for licensing (NOT NY) and meets requirements in states like CT, FL, ME & VA.

Important Information:
All students must register for class in advance.
NOTE: Acording to current NYS Law, unless you are an active or retired police officer or peace officer your fi****ms must be carried into the building unloaded and locked in a case. You are welcome to have in my classroom, I have no control over the rest of the building.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. They however, may be applied to another class within 12 months of the date payment, providing forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is made prior to the start of the scheduled class. Classes may be rescheduled one (1) time within the 12 month period.

No live am******on is permitted in the classroom during any class. We provide secure storage for all am******on and lawfully carried or possessed fi****ms during classes
A valid current government issued photo identification is required. For persons in possession of pistols, valid New York Pistol License or other authority to possess, must be presented at the beginning of class.
All major credit cards are accepted for payments. No personal checks are accepted.
ITAR (International Traffic In Arms Regulations) is a set of Federal regulations generated by the State Department stemming from the Arms Export Control Act of 1976.
ITAR restricts training given to non-US Persons.
US Persons are US citizens (both natural-born, and naturalized immigrants) and Permanent Resident Aliens
Current NRA policy is:
