Congratulations to Kylie Baughman on her promotion to Executive Director at Empire Beauty School in Indianapolis!

Kylie enrolled as a mother looking for a new direction. Her passion for skincare and makeup led her to Esthetics, then to roles as an educator, Assistant Director, and now Executive Director.

“I tell the students all the time that I was once in their shoes,” Kylie shares.

Today, she leads with heart, compassion, and an understanding of what it takes to pursue a new path.
