Our Book Character Pumpkin Decorating Contest is here!

Students are invited to decorate a pumpkin inspired by their favorite book character! We can't wait to see all of the creativity our Patriots bring to the library!

Pumpkins can be brought in October 19–21. Please remember that pumpkins cannot be carved or have holes.

Don't have a pumpkin to decorate? Stop by the library to pick up a paper pumpkin instead!

All pumpkins must be picked up during Parent Teacher Conferences on October 29 or 30.

Check out the flyer for more details!

A big thank you to Peculiar Fire & Rescue for spending time with our 1st graders! Students loved learning from our local first responders about fire safety, the important work they do, and how they help keep our community safe.

We are so grateful for their time and for all they do for Peculiar!

Our custodians wear many hats each day: caretaker, repair expert, helping hand, problem solver, safety helper, and so much more!

Today, on Custodial Workers Recognition Day, we want to say a big THANK YOU to our amazing custodians for everything they do behind the scenes each day. We are so grateful for the many ways they keep Peculiar Elementary clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for learning!
