Why are Sight Words Important?
Sight words make up 75% of all words used in reading text. Learning sight words increases reading fluency. All grades have 200-240 sight words to learn every year spanning first grade through high school. These words are the building blocks of reading competency.
The sheer magnitude of words to commit to memory can be daunting. “Finding Four” is an educational tool that has never been brought into play until now.
