It is with heavy hearts that we share that Abington Christian Academy has closed its doors after 38 years of serving students and families throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
For 38 years, ACA has been so much more than a school. It has been a place where children learned, friendships were formed, faith was strengthened, and countless memories were made. We are deeply grateful for every student who walked through our doors and for every family who entrusted us with the privilege of educating and loving their children.
We are thankful for the businesses, families, churches, and individuals who partnered with ACA throughout the years through generosity and prayers, volunteering, and support. To the churches who faithfully supported us month after month - we thank you. Your faithfulness meant more than you may ever know.
We are grateful for the many people who served on our Board over the years, giving time, wisdom, and hearts to our school. And to our incredible staff, past and present... We thank you for pouring yourselves into the lives of our students. You have left a lasting impact that will never be forgotten.
While closing our doors is painful, we choose to trust that God is still at work.
We may not understand His plan right now, but we know that God has a plan and purpose for each and every person connected to ACA. We pray that He will open doors, provide new opportunities, and guide each of us into whatever He has planned next.
We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know Who holds tomorrow.
He has been faithful.
And He will not fail.
