Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) exists to strengthen the bond between home and school. Supporting the ACA mission through fundraising, community outreach, and parent-teacher collaboration.

This Friday, we will be Christmas caroling and giving out candy canes at the Peckville Christmas House from 6:00-7:00 pm. We are so excited to bless our community with some singing and encourage all of our families to join us!

The Christmas house is located at 1130 Marion St. in Peckville. Families are welcome to meet at ACA at 5:40 to carpool over by 5:55 or park in the parking lot of nearby Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and walk over to meet us. We will be caroling in the driveway near the photo booth. Lyrics will be provided, so no need to worry about forgetting the words!

Please dress festively! As this event does not take place during school hours, this is a friendly reminder that all children including students, siblings etc. must stay with their parents or guardians for the evening. Can't make it for the caroling? Join us afterward at 7:00 for a scavenger hunt through the lights!

Please RSVP to the email sent this afternoon if you plan on joining us so we can get an accurate count, and make sure everyone has lyrics to the carols, and let us know if you plan on meeting us there or carpooling from ACA.

Please join us for our November PTF meeting this Friday, November 21st at 3:15 pm. We will discuss Christmas caroling and some other fun events coming up! We will also be talking about some new ideas.

Huge shout-out to Abington Christian Academy in Peckville who recently held a food drive and donated the items for anyone visiting the Library and the Fruits & Roots Community Fridge!

Students who brought in non-perishable foods were able to have a special dress down day and we are AMAZED at all the items they gave us!

These food items will make a HUGE difference for those in the community who are struggling. Food items are available in the library during our normal business hours and in the Fruits & Roots Community Fridge, which is located outside the library and open 24/7!

As “All Hallows Eve” approaches, the PTF wishes all of our families a wonderful and safe time together. This time of year can be a fun opportunity to gather with neighbors, build relationships, and, most importantly, shine the light of Jesus in our communities. Remember, we are called to be in the world, but not of it.
We hope you have a great evening full of fellowship, fun, and maybe a little candy! 🍫
