Mary Burks Marek Elementary

Mary Burks Marek Elementary opened her doors to students for the first time on August 10, 2004. It was the first school to open in Shadow Creek Ranch.

Mary Burks Marek Elementary opened her doors to students for the first time on August 10, 2004. Marek is home to a very diverse population of Pre-K through fifth-graders. We are proud to have such diversity in our communtiy with over thirty different languages represented. Marek has been very pleased with all of their students' success; they were named a 2005 and 2007 Recognized campus, and a 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Exemplary campus.
