Toddler Teacher Position - Open

✨ Where Teachers Are Supported, Not Surviving

At Little Dreamers Learning Center, we’re not just filling a position, we’re building a team of strong, intentional educators who genuinely love what they do.

We’re looking for a patient, confident, and proactive Two’s Teacher who can lead a classroom with structure, warmth, and consistency. If you know how to guide toddler behavior without chaos, create a calm but engaging environment, and stay one step ahead, you’ll thrive here.

👶 Your Role

As our Toddler Teacher, you will:
• Lead a classroom of toddlers with confidence and consistency
• Proactively prevent behaviors (not just react to them)
• Create a structured daily routine that keeps children engaged
• Teach and model gentle hands, communication, and emotional regulation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents
• Work closely with leadership to maintain high classroom standards

⭐ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has experience working with toddlers (2-year-olds preferred)
• Is reliable — your team can count on you daily
• Can confidently manage behaviors like hitting, pushing, and biting
• Understands that supervision and engagement prevent most issues
• Is calm, patient, and emotionally regulated (even on hard days)
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Truly enjoys working with this age group

🚫 This Is NOT the Job for Someone Who:
• Calls in frequently or struggles with attendance
• Sits back instead of actively engaging with children
• Gets overwhelmed easily without trying to problem-solve
• Avoids accountability or feedback

🎯 This IS the Job for Someone Who:
• Takes pride in running a well-managed classroom
• Wants to grow and be part of a strong, supportive team
• Loves toddlers — even on their hardest days
• Is ready to be a leader in the classroom, not just a body in the room

📋 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Childcare experience (required)
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Background check required

This week we’re focusing on Fire Safety 🔥

Through hands-on activities and guided practice, our students will be learning important safety skills like participating in fire drills, understanding basic safety tips, and practicing “Stop, Drop, and Roll.”

These are valuable life skills, and we’re proud to introduce them in a way that feels safe, engaging, and appropriate for every age group.

Mrs. Samantha subbed in the 2s class today and accidentally created… a sensory explosion 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

She set the bag down without realizing it was OPEN and before she knew it… it was pouring everywhere.

At that point? She just committed.
Sensory bin… minus the bin 😅

And honestly? The kids thought it was the best thing ever 💚
