Instead of waiting in a music retail store showroom, or a cramped hallway, our clients enjoy a spacious, professional parent's lounge with comfortable chairs and kids toys. We also provide large observation windows for every room so that you can watch your child's lesson while you wait. Or if you prefer, you can sit in on the lessons at anytime.

Many of our students choose to perform in our biannual recitals. Our recital location has a grand piano, so piano students are not playing on just a keyboard. Each spring we host a free picture day with a professional photographer and professional photos of your student performing in the recital. 11. Awards to celebrate achievement. Each of our students that participate in our spring recital receive an engraved award for all of their hard-work, dedication and practice.
12. Month to Month Lessons! Our desire is to inspire our students with the love of music. We do this through teachers and music that our students love. Unlike other programs, we do not require semester minimums for lessons. You can begin anytime! To stop lessons, we just need a notice by the 15th of the month prior to the month you wish to discontinue. It's easy to take the next step:

The Allegro 15th Anniversary Summer Recitals Have Come to a Close! 🎶✨
What an incredible celebration of music and community. Over three recital weekends, our students amazed us with their hard work, dedication, confidence, and talent on stage. Each performance reflected countless hours of practice and a genuine love of music, and we could not be prouder of every student who participated.
As we conclude this 15th anniversary summer recital season, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our families, teachers, and supporters who make these moments possible. A special thank you to San Jacinto College for welcoming us into their beautiful venue and helping us create unforgettable experiences for our students and guests.
For 15 years, it has been our privilege to serve the Pearland community through music education. Watching our students grow as musicians and individuals continues to inspire us, and we are excited for all that the future holds.

The Allegro 15th Anniversary Summer Recitals continue! After two incredible recital weekends, we continue to be amazed by the hard work, dedication, and talent our students have displayed on stage. We are so proud of every performer who has helped make this anniversary celebration so special.

What is ABRSM?
ABRSM stands for Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
ABRSM is an examinations board and registered charity based in London, UK, which provides examinations in music at centers around the world. Allegro Pearland Academy of Music is proud to partner with the Exam Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) to offer an accelerated track for our piano, guitar, and violin students. The Allegro 15th Anniversary Summer Recitals have officially begun! The performances our students gave were all phenomenal, and we couldn’t be more proud of each of them. Allegro Pearland Academy of Music Founder & Director Heather Scharbor is proud to serve on the Visit Pearland Music Friendly City committee and is thrilled to share that Pearland is now the 94th city to hold the official Music Friendly City designation from The Texas Music Office. A ceremony was held at the Pearland Arts & Eats Festival with former Mayor Kevin Cole, Visit Pearland, and committee members. More news to come on expanding the live music scene in Pearland!

Tonight, our students showed how talented they ALL are at our Open Mic Night! A giant thank you to Pearland Coffee Roasters for allowing us to bring live music to the patio at the Friendswood location! We love seeing our students shine on stage, and are proud of each and every one of them for their incredible performances tonight.

This week, we had the honor of welcoming Mayor Kevin Cole to Allegro Academy, where he presented us with an official proclamation in celebration of our 15th anniversary. We are deeply grateful for this meaningful recognition from the City of Pearland.
For the past 15 years, our mission has remained the same: to nurture each aspiring artist towards the fullest expression of their talent and to foster each individual's creativity and intellectual curiosity. This milestone would not be possible without the dedication of our exceptional faculty, the hard work of our students, and the continued support of their families.
