Our PTA is very close to getting the Early Bird Award - this is awarded to PTAs who reach 85% of our membership from last year by the end of August.

Our membership chair will draw from all members who have joined by August and one lucky person will win the gift card. All students who join this year will also receive a small treat from the PTA every 9 weeks.

✨We can’t wait to connect with our Challenger families Thursday night at the PTA Back to School Picnic!✨

Bring your dinner and a blanket and meet us on the front lawn of the school at 5:00. We will have games, chalk, cold water, and Kona Ice sno comes available until 7:15. The first session of Meet the Teacher does start at 6:30 if you have multiple students and teachers to go meet. We are keeping a close eye on the weather and possible rain, but are hopeful that it will not affect our fun! 🦅💜

Join us this Thursday, August 27th, for Meet the Teacher Night! Teachers will share important information about the grade level and their classroom routines, procedures, and expectations during two identical sessions. There will be a lot of information, so if you are able to leave your child(ren) at home you will get more out of the presentation. We hope to see you there! 🍎

Big things are happening this week at Challenger! Join us for our annual Back to School Picnic + Meet Your Teacher Night this Thursday evening! Bring your dinner, a blanket to sit on, and invite a friend to join as well! Kona Ice will be on site if you want to grab a sweet treat to eat. 🍧
