THANK YOU to ALL our Dawson High School for supporting our Dawson PTA efforts to make this year's SENIOR SUNRISE BREAKFAST last week a HUGE success! Thanks to your support, we were able to fully fund the breakfast tacos, donuts, juices, and water for this year's Class of 2027 event! THANK YOU!!!!

Also a BIG shoutout to our Dawson administration and staff for your support year after year for this successful early morning event... from our administration and office staff to our fantastic Security Resource Officers, our amazing custodians especially Angelica‚ and our Dawson Athletics staff Kim Stiles and Coach Allison, who also attended and cheered on our seniors that early morning.

THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our efforts to celebrate our seniors on their last first day of school. The Dawson PTA could NOT do this without you! THANK YOU! ❤

The Lone Star Cup is a UIL competition that ranks all high schools in Texas (1A-6A) based on athletic and fine arts performance throughout the year. Dawson finished #12 last year in 6A!
Out of the top 90 high schools in all classes throughout Texas, only 2 also had a 97 rating by TEA AND at least 6 distinctions: Dawson HS (6A-2580 students) and Mason HS (2A-194 students)! Best comprehensive high schools in Texas!

So fun to capture the LAST first day of school for our Class of 2027 SENIORS at the Senior Sunrise Breakfast, hosted by the Dawson PTA. Early this morning, Dawson PTA welcomed our Dawson High School’s Class of 2027 seniors to a SENIOR SUNRISE BREAKFAST on their LAST first day of school. A BIG THANK YOU to ALL our generous senior parents for fully funding the breakfast tacos and donuts from Pena's Donut Heaven & Grill, and drinks served up this morning! Check out that beautiful sunrise this morning! Have a super start today, Dawson Seniors!!!! ❤️🦅🎓💙
