My name is Madelaine Hatchett, one of the grandchildren of the late Thomas and Bettye Hatchett (Thomas L. Hatchett, Sr. Elementary School) and on behalf of my family, we would like to present the Thomas & Bettye Hatchett Memorial Scholarship.
