The following is someone who has reached out to our class in regards to doing a podcast about us Seniors during 1997-1998!

Hi, there. I am NOT a member of Pearl's class of '98. Please hear (read) me out. I'm looking to tell your story in a way it has never been told. I'm a central Mississippi-based audio documentarian / podcaster. (I will send samples of my previous efforts following this message.) My vision for a series on this event is one which foremost tells the stories of members of the class NOT directly involved with Luke Woodham or the tragedy. It's a real-life drama about young people at an important, formative time of their lives, what is happening in their lives and relationships. There just happens to be something horrible developing in their midst. The POINT of my series is to demonstrate that this class could have been any class. Mine or my parents' or my kids' class. The overarching message being that we all have to keep our eyes and ears open, not to mention aware that any day could be our last one. I hope to hear from you and begin connecting with potential interviewees for my series. If nothing else, it would serve as a unique time capsule for you and yours. My phone is 662-275-3036.
