Founded in the Spring of 2008 and incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Fall of 2016, the Tekniqlingz came about through the Tinikling Filipino bamboo dance workshops held by the Katipunan Filipino Club of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. They operate as a traditional and modern Filipino folk dance program which preserves and perpetuates the Filipino American youth culture through creative arts

Fall 2023 Tekniqlingz Crew Boot Camp!
We are always looking for performers to join our Tekniqlingz Crew ohana! Do you have what it takes to become a part of the next generation of dance performers? We have an 8-week boot camp starting on Sunday, 10/8 and will continue every Sunday in October and November, from 3-5pm! All sessions will be held at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Dance Building Studio. The whole boot camp program is free, donations are appreciate.
