Lake Hamilton PTO is wishing all of our students, teachers, staff, & families an AMAZING 2026–2027 school year! 🎉📚✏️

We are so excited for another great year & all of the fun PTO events & activities we have planned! We’ve already been busy helping get the school year off to a great start! 🐺💛🐾

Over the past few weeks, PTO has been:

🥤 Providing a Soda Bar for our district staff
🤝 Participating in the Partners in Education Vendor Fair
🏫 Meeting families & sharing about PTO at Open Houses
🐾 Plus more!!!

🚨 FINAL PTO SPIRIT MERCH PICKUP IS TONIGHT! 🚨

Don’t forget to pick up your Lake Hamilton PTO spirit wear TONIGHT from 6:00–8:00 PM!

📍 Location: Middle School Turf Parking Lot

This will be our FINAL scheduled pickup, so if you ordered spirit merch, be sure to stop by and grab it this evening!

🚙 Look for us in the white GMC Yukon.

Please note: The mock neck sweatshirts are not in yet. We were notified they are a new item and are expected to arrive in a couple of weeks. We’ll post another update as soon as we have a pickup date for those.

A HUGE thank you to Lake Hamilton School District PTO for providing cold water for our students and families during Open House! With the August heat, it was the perfect way to give everyone a chance to cool off and refresh while visiting LHMS.

Our PTO spirit wear orders are ready and we’ve picked them up! 💛

📍 Middle School Turf Field Parking Lot

The orders we will be handing out are from orders placed by July 26th!

We’ll be in a white GMC Yukon. Just drive up, and we’ll get your order to you!

‼️ Mock Neck Sweatshirts: We were notified that the mock neck sweatshirts are a brand-new item. They should be ready in a couple of weeks. As soon as we receive a pickup date, we’ll post an update for everyone.

📚🐺 The results are in...and has a lot to celebrate! ❤️💛

Based on the Spring 2026 ATLAS assessment results for students in grades 3–10, Lake Hamilton delivered one of its strongest academic performances in recent years!

Among Garland County's seven public school districts, Lake Hamilton ranked:

🥇 #1 in English Language Arts
🥇 #1 in Reading
🥈 #2 in Math
🥈 #2 in Science (just .02% behind the top district!)

These rankings are more than statistics—they represent the hard work of our students, the dedication of our incredible teachers and staff, and the unwavering support of our families and community.

We're proud of how far we've come, but we're even more excited about where we're headed. With new programs, innovative learning opportunities, and an unwavering commitment to excellence launching this school year...

Just a friendly reminder that our Kindergarten Parent Information Nights will be held on Tuesday, July 28, or Thursday, July 30, at 5:30 PM in the Primary School Cafeteria. PTO Boys Night Out: Glow Night is Friday, March 6th! 🌟🕺 Sponsored by our PTO. Kindergarten and first-grade boys are invited to come from 6:00–7:00 P.M. and bring their mom or other special female guest. Admission is $5 per person. (cash only) Concessions and glow items will be available for purchase. It’s going to be a glowing good time! ✨
