👑 Peachtree City native Sophia Wootten is wearing the Miss Georgia crown - and making history! Crowned on June 20, the 21-year-old will become the first Miss America contestant to compete with a cleft lip and palate when she takes the stage in September. A Trinity Christian School graduate now studying at UGA, Wootten hopes to become a pediatric audiologist and serve kids living stories like her own. Her message: "Your label will never define you." Congratulations, Sophia - Peachtree City is cheering you on!
