Seacoast Stilettos

Calling all dancers wanting to learn or return to the foundations of ballet technique. You don’t need the “perfect ballet body” or any prior experience- just a willingness to show up, learn, & explore. Together, we’ll learn foundational ballet technique, key vocabulary, and choreography for an in-studio recital. This program offers a supportive foundation that will elevate every style of dance you explore moving forward. You’ll begin to develop greater control, clarity, alignment, and awareness in your movement, which will make choreography feel more accessible, expressive, & intentional✨💗

This program includes:
🩰3 90-minute ballet sessions with , where we will hone in on technique and apply that to choreography
🩰A public in-studio recital where participants will get the chance to perform the piece they learned throughout the program for an audience, followed by a celebratory reception🎉🎉
🩰2 add-on class credits
🩰Private discord group chat support throughout your experience
🩰2 group coaching calls with embodiment & confidence coach, .not.sam

💗On zoom: Thursdays 6/4 & 6/18 6-7pm both calls are recorded

🦋 who, if you didn’t know, is also a Labor Doula, is offering a Mother’s Day Celebration on Saturday. 💘 for mothers, expectant mothers, and the family members who celebrate them! This is an opportunity for you to get your mommas in the studio & do some healing together! The celebration includes a movement portion, journaling and reflection, affirmations, gratitude circle, and sound bath healing. Purchase a drop-in ticket or use your workshop pass for this!
