What a fun first FULL week back at PRJH!! ❤️🖤

Our halls are full, classrooms are busy, and our Blackhawks are officially back in the swing of things! From learning and creating to laughing and reconnecting, it’s been a great week all around!

We are so excited for everything this school year has in store. One full week down…and we’re just getting started! 🙌

It takes a whole team to keep a junior high running, and these three are a BIG part of ours!

From attendance and student needs to ISS, lunch duty, and behavior support…they help keep our students supported, accountable, and moving in the right direction.

Their jobs may look a little different from day to day, but they have one big thing in common: they care about our kids and want to see them succeed.

We are so thankful for all three of them and everything they do for PRJH! ❤️🖤

✨ Staff Spotlight: Special Education Team 🩵 ✨

Meet the incredible educators and paraprofessionals who make up our Special Education department at PRJH! This group has some of the biggest hearts in our building and work each day to support, encourage, and advocate for our students.

From providing individualized academic support to helping students build confidence, independence, and important life skills, our special education teacher and paras wear a lot of hats. They meet students where they are, celebrate progress, and make sure they know they always have someone in their corner!

It takes patience, flexibility, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart to do what this crew does every day! We are so thankful for the educators and paras who pour into our students and help make PRJH a place where every student can grown and succeed! 🩵

From KeyCode & PREPARE in 7th grade, to Career Development in 8th grade, and Intro to Computer Science & College and Career Readiness in 9th grade, this team helps our students build skills, explore their futures, and prepare for what comes next! 🎓💻
