You’re invited to an evening of music!

On Saturday, May 24, 2025, 6 p.m., Landon Finch will present an organ recital at the Spanish Fork YSA Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the north chapel.

The recital will feature the beautiful 2-manual Allen digital organ of the north chapel, known for its rich, pipe-like sound and wide range of tonal colors. All are welcome!

Listening to this playlist is like listening to the soft organ music played in a temple chapel! All of the hymns on this playlist are hymns actually approved for the Temple!

This is one of my favorite pieces to listen to and play. The title is "Berceuse" in French which in English translates to "Lullaby." The unique features of this piece is its expressive nature and the use of the organ's string stops or sounds which create a beautiful undulating sound. I hope you enjoy this piece!

Another organ performance video! This one features a short piece arranged by J. S. Bach of the German chorale “Herr Christ, see ein’ge Gottes-Sohn” or in English “Lord Christ, the only Son of God.” The actual chorale is played first followed by Bach’s arrangement BWV 601 from Bach’s “Little Organ Book.”
