PeaceLove programs strive to help people find their voice, make meaningful connections, and discover new tools for wellness. Our workshops provide an easy, low-pressure way to find emotional relief through simple creative activities that foster a more joyful journey to peace of mind. Our CREATORS Program equips frontline professionals to bring our expressive arts curriculum to their communities. F

rom schools, to prisons, to hospitals, our CREATORS work with individuals, families, and groups to help them share their emotions and create without the fear of judgement.

The Program Team spent the morning yesterday with Senator Jack Reed, Rhode Island Humanities and the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA) for a fireside chat on the state of arts and culture, nationally and locally.

A big thank you to all who made this event happen and for all you do to support nonprofits in Rhode Island. We are excited to find ways to collaborate with some of these agencies!

PeaceLove Rewind 🔄

This week's featured throwback is none other than Tim Daly. In addition to being a world famous actor and advocate of the arts, Tim has served as President of the Creative Coalition since 2008.

We love the sentiment he shares here - we all crave acceptance, human connection, and the acknowledgment that we matter. What better way to do that than by sharing our art?

"Creativity, to me, is something that all human beings are born with. But it is a muscle, and like any other muscle, you have to exercise it. If you don't, it will atrophy and die."

An old story, but one worth hearing again.

What an inspiring day in the studio yesterday for this year's first Creative Leaders Project training! They came from all over Rhode Island to learn how to help support their peers' mental wellness using creativity and storytelling.

The Creative Leaders Project is a youth-led initiative that trains high school students to become peer facilitators of expressive arts workshops for middle and high school students. We could not be more proud of our 2026 cohort and are excited to train another amazing group of young people tomorrow!

PeaceLove Rewind 🔄

What happens when one person chooses to share their story? Sometimes, millions listen.

Chris Herren's Peace of Mind Storytellers Talk is our most viewed YouTube video, and it's obvious why. We continue to feel so inspired by his words and the lasting impact he has in the recovery community and the athletic community.

Chris has gone on to found the Herren Project, a nonprofit that provides free resources that support recovery.

We will be journeying back in time every Wednesday to share a moment of inspiration from our Storytellers over the years. Which one would you like to see next?

We love when we get to spend time with our CREATORS in the studio! These amazing ladies came back for some additional training in our Mod 1 curriculum - a fan favorite couple of workshops for many years now. We were also so excited to have our two wonderful interns participate in training. Thank you all for sharing your time and your energy with us!

For everyone's safety, this event is ages 10 and up, and parent/guardians are required to stay with their children while they are in the studio.
