Congratulations to Nicholas Caesar for be awarded the first PHS alumni scholarship in memory of our dear friend Charlotte Burkdoll Dunn. Nicholas portrays the character, citizenship and school pride that exemplifies Charlotte. It is because of Charlotte’s dedication to PHS that the alumi association has lasted so many years. She truly believed Once A Black Bear Always A Black Bear. Again congratulations to Nicholas who will be going to Roger’s State University and becoming a Registered Nurse.
