The secondary schools enjoyed these saucy sandwiches today. We take our higher quality breaded filets and full muscle chicken breasts and hand dip them in Sweet Baby Ray's buffalo sauce for a flavorful bite the whole way through!

🍎🌽 BIG NEWS: Year 4 Approval for the NYS 30% Initiative! 🌽🍎

We are thrilled to announce that for the 4th consecutive year, Pawling Central School District has been officially approved by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets for the NYS 30% Initiative in the National School Lunch Program! 🎉

What does this mean for our students and community?
🥛 Fresh & Local: At least 30%, 33.6% last year to be exact, of the food served in our school lunch program comes directly from New York farms and local producers — from farm-fresh dairy and juicy fruits to crisp vegetables and local meats!
🚜 Supporting NY Agriculture: Every meal we serve helps support hard-working local farmers, growers, and food distributors across Empire State agricultural communities.
🥗 Healthy Meals: Our Food Services team remains dedicated to providing fresh, delicious, and nutrient-packed meals to fuel our students’ growth and academic success every single day.
