Last week we celebrated Asian American History Month in our secondary schools. Our teams prepared a "fried" rice with traditional flavors and vegetables, boneless chicken wings coated in General Tso's sauce, and even a fortune cookie! The students really seemed to like this meal, we will have it again next school year!
