CREW Morning Minutes are one of my favorite things we do.

Every weekday, we put a little something in your pocket—an idea, a reminder, a challenge, or sometimes just the encouragement to keep going.

No overwhelm. No extra binder. Just a few minutes focused on becoming even more intentional in the work we already do.

That’s what CREW is supposed to feel like: support that actually fits into an educator’s real life. 💛

At Early Childhood Solutions, we want you to leave training thinking:

Meet Elizabeth. ❤️

30+ years in early childhood and still one of the biggest cheerleaders for the educators doing this work every day.

She’s a child development specialist, grandma, camper, adventure seeker, night owl—and a certified workaholic. 😂

She loves helping educators see what’s possible—and then helping them figure out how to get there.

I’m Debbie—educator, storyteller, advocate, grandma, and firm believer that childhood is worth protecting.

Yesterday morning started right here on my porch with my ECS coffee cup, thinking through the day ahead.

Elizabeth and I had some big decisions to make about the future of Early Childhood Solutions.

Three hours in a coffee shop.
Another hour at Mamaka’s.
My first-ever açaí bowl — and where has THAT been all my life? 😂

But mostly… a whole lot of dreaming, planning, deciding, and figuring out what comes next.

We got a lot done.

There are moments when you realize something you started has grown into something bigger than you imagined.

I think we’re in one of those moments.

Big things are coming for Early Childhood Solutions. 💛
