Mary School serves numerous towns in Van Buren County including Paw Paw, Mattawan, Lawton, Decatur, Lawrence, and Gobles for grades preschool through 5th grade. We are accredited through the Michigan Non-public School Accrediting Association. All teachers and administrators are highly qualified and certified.

Saint Mary’s School has been filled with our K-5th grade students today! What a wonderful welcome back to shiny clean classrooms, smiling faces, learning and laughter! We are looking forward to welcoming our youngest learners in Preschool and PreK after Labor Day… and then our school will be complete. From their very first days in the halls of Saint Mary Catholic School to this 5th Grade milestone graduation, it has been an absolute blessing to watch these students grow in faith, knowledge, and character. They have worked so hard, supported one another and truly left a beautiful mark on our school community.

As they close this elementary chapter and prepare to step into middle school, we pray that God continues to bless, guide, and protect each of them. Carry the values and friendships that they have built here wherever they go. The sky is the limit, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things they will do next!

Our amazing art teacher decided to take school spirit to the next level by letting students paint his truck! Instead of sticking to standard paper and canvases, they turned his daily drive into a rolling masterpiece full of color, imagination, and memories. It is so incredible to see our students encouraged to think outside the box and leave their artistic mark on the community. Now, every time he drives through town, he is showcasing the brilliant talent of our students!
