What is an LDE? 🎤🏆

You may start seeing some of our Prairiland FFA students coming in early, practicing during lunch, and staying after school. But what exactly are they working on?

LDE stands for Leadership Development Event. These FFA competitions challenge students to develop and demonstrate real-world skills such as public speaking, communication, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership.

Our students are putting in the work 7am practices, lunch practices, and after-school practices — all while balancing their classes and everything else that comes with being a student.

Behind every competition day is hours of preparation, practice, feedback, and determination.

We’re excited to watch these students grow, compete, and represent Prairiland FFA this season! ❤️🤍💙
